To Patricia O’Brien
UN Office, Chief of Legal Affairs under Secretary General

TE ALEPHA, Te Moana Nui A Kiwa (TMAK), Union of Polynesian Nations, has been made aware about the security threat on the island and the threat to the people of Rapa Nui by the Chilean Military Special Forces.
The Special Forces are armed and are threatening the physical, moral and spiritual well-being of the native people. We have been unable to reach Rapa Nui by telephone, and are concerned that communications have been severed.
According to the UN International Commission on Human Rights, this threatening military gesture is a violation of the security and well-being of the people.
We, the Ariki, Royal Sovereing Authority, of the TMAK:
Ariki Nui, President of the TMAK, Ariki Teatuaura TEMATARU
Ariki Nui in TMAK, Dayne Aleka Aipoalani, The Kingdom of Atooi- Kauai, Hawaii,
We urgently request that you consider bringing support to the Rapa Nui Nation.
That a security officer travels to the island to mediate the situation and to protect the Rapa Nui people.

Kind Regards,

Ariki in TMAK, Dayne Aleka Aipoalani

Ariki Nui Teatuaura TEMATARU
